    WIRED reports that consumer advocacy group FreePress is launching a petition calling for Time Warner to be investigated by Congress. Also, I note that Time Warner’s latest proposal is that they charge $2 per GB overage charges on their cheapest broadband offering. (Remember, the bandwidth costs them around 3ยข per GB.)
